Criteria
To register as an NHS patient at Community Health Centre you should meet the following criteria:
- To be living permanently within the catchment area (See below Map of the catchment area and postcode checker).
- To have United Kingdom Resident Status or equivalent documents.
- To accept all the terms of the Patient’s rights and responsibilities.
